Hi there, My name is Phyllis Stratton and I really want to share a few things with you. As you can see from my photo this is an ongoing challenge for me. So I would like you to Join me, and together we can work our way down to the ideal weight for us.I haven't always had a weight problem, I guess running after 4 kids and farming and ranching and boating kept me in reasonable shape. I was always thrilled when I could eat fried chicken and not have to worry about it tho, so maybe there were more problems than I thought. But my weight was reasonable until I hit menopause and started gaining 10 lbs a year. And now many years later, and a number of diets later, I have started working with the 180 Program that Shaklee has devised and it is balanced, yummy, and easy to follow. Bought myself a "fitbit" watch just to keep track of my steps because at 72 I tend to get lazy, so I need the incentive.
Sorry about the photo, it added 40 lbs and for some reason my computer skills can't fix it, just squashed the whole photo. Shall have to get help on that. And it definitely would be the before one, because I haven't got an after one because it is too early. Need to get to the after!!
